Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation projects.
- Build trusted relationships with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing improvements.
- Configure and customise applications to meet specific client requirements.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and development teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status to internal teams and clients.
- Drive innovation and excellence in logistics technology solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Medium-to-high level knowledge of the Transport and Logistics sector.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Software Implementation Consultant.
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Leadership and coordination abilities.
- Analytical, methodical, and responsible, with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
- Resides within 25 km of a Spanish international airport.
- Valid driving licence.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian, French, Spanish, or other languages is an asset.
- Willingness to travel.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of software development and databases.
- Experience with software solutions for logistics, distribution, and transportation management.
